Comforts of exceptionally comfortable room with a view were fabulous. The decor was contemporary and the staff were really kind and lovely.

Came with my friend, everything was excellent. The breakfast food was good, different choices to eat like coffee, tea, croissants, bread, and meats. The staff were friendly bilingual, a real pleasure to deal with. Absolutely perfect location, a museum and a cathedral were walking distance to the hotel.

I truly enjoyed that it was clean and perfect, the staff were friendly and rooms were modern. It was placed so close to an underground station.

Great location, close to lovely restaurants and still fairly quiet. The special offer for three nights meant this hotel worked out as a really good deal.

Good location

The worst hotel I ever stayed at. I stayed there for 3 nights with my elder daughter. On the first evening at the dinnner it turned out they registered us at the room different from were we were, on the first morning we got up and found the bathroom and half of the bedroom was flooded, so we had move to another room. When we were checking out, the manager refused to count the deposit they took from my account, issued the invoice for the full amount again and debited my credit card without my permission: the very rude tall African without a hotel badge shouted at me when I protested. I'm not sure he had a working license, and yet I don't know whether I get my deposit back or not.

Would stay here again, when I stay in Paris. Clean and gorgeous place, has exceptional views at sunset. The units are tasteful, gorgeous. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the staff is really kind and lovely.

Overall it was a pleasant stay on a business trip. The staff members were all excellent and accommodating. It was in a marvellous and fantastic location right in the centre.

We loved our stay at this hotel in the Latin Quarter. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the subway and metro stations. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed.

The friendly staff who were happy to assist and speak English. The good breakfast and buffet from 5:30 pm. The close proximity to Metro, train and bus.

The room was on the small side, but I gather that this is normal for Paris.
